Business ethics

Integrity is a cornerstone of everything we do. As a globally active company in a technologically advanced industry, we assume economic, corporate and social responsibility for our actions towards our customers, employees, shareholders, stakeholders and our environment. We are committed to delivering consistent quality, maximising our profits, keeping jobs secure, minimising environmental pollution and expanding our market position. We comply with the applicable regulations and prevailing laws everywhere and act ethically impeccably at all times.

The purpose of this Code of Ethics and Conduct is to set out how AT&S conducts its business in an ethical and socially responsible manner. These guidelines apply to all AT&S activities worldwide. We expect all managers, employees and other persons working on behalf of the company without exception to comply with the Code. Stricter or more detailed policies may apply to specific regions, countries or functions, but are generally consistent with this company policy.

AT&S is committed to ensuring safe working conditions in the supply chain, treating workers with respect and dignity, and ensuring that manufacturing processes are environmentally sound and sustainable.

We also expect our suppliers to comply with the applicable laws, rules and regulations of the countries in which they operate and to commit to ethically and socially responsible business conduct.

As an international high-tech company, integrity is a core value at AT&S. Our company and our customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and other partners strive to meet the highest standards – not only from a technical point of view, but also in terms of business operations and ethical conduct. In order to maintain our credibility, trustworthiness and authenticity, we must do everything possible to ensure that we do not allow serious misconduct within AT&S. For this reason, we want to ensure that there is an opportunity for employees and external persons to report any actual or potential serious violation of compliance (whistleblowing).

Which compliance-related issues should be reported via the whistleblowing platform?

Please use the platform in the following cases: corruption, fraud, sabotage and violations of capital market compliance, competition law, environmental, health and safety regulations, data protection, intellectual property, human rights and labour law, or other serious violations of mandatory internal policies.

WE CARE means that AT&S takes YOUR concerns seriously. It is concerned by any inappropriate behaviour or violations of the law within our company and our business environment, and will take action to combat it! With this whistleblowing platform, you can actively support AT&S in investigating serious violations of compliance. Any information provided will be treated with absolute confidentiality and without any negative consequences for the reporting party. AT&S does promote transparent, open communication, so it naturally asks every whistleblower for information about their identity. However, a report can also be made anonymously if someone does not wish to reveal their name.

Please use the platform responsibly and only pass on information that is true to the best of your knowledge. Misusing it by making unjustified or even false accusations also constitutes a violation of compliance and can have legal consequences.

Sustainable success

The strong growth that AT&S has enjoyed over recent years has only been possible because we attached huge importance to sustainability from the very outset. We know that we can only continue to thrive if we maintain a world that’s worth living in. For more information about our sustainability concept, see here:
